Terms and Conditions Of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

​

By booking a service through this website, in person, or via phone/email, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Services

​

Arnkhana Massage offers professional therapeutic massage, energy healing, meditation, and movement practices (yoga and Pilates). These services are for wellness support only and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

​

If you are experiencing any serious medical conditions, you must consult a licensed healthcare provider before booking services.

​

3. Booking and Payments

​

Appointments can be scheduled online via our Wix booking system, by phone, or in person. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

​

We accept Venmo, Bank Deposit, Card and cash. Credit Card not accepted.

​

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

​

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost. No-shows may be charged the full session fee.

​

For members enrolled in Healing Pathways, late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of one session.

5. Pathways Membership Terms

​

Clients who enroll in the Root & Rise, Sacred Renewal, or Restore & Rebuild membership plans agree to:

​

• Commit to their selected number of sessions (6, 8, or 12 depending on plan)

• Use sessions within the designated timeframe (e.g., 6 or 12 weeks)

• Understand that missed sessions cannot be refunded but may be rescheduled within the time frame

• Pay upfront or via a payment plan as agreed upon at enrollment

Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable once the program has started.

6. Client Responsibilities

​

Clients agree to:

​

• Provide accurate and complete health information

• Inform the therapist of any changes in their health status

• Arrive clean and on time

• Maintain respectful conduct at all times

​

Inappropriate behavior (verbal, physical, sexual or otherwise) will result in immediate termination of the session and permanent banning from future bookings.

​

7. Confidentiality & Records

​

All guest information is strictly confidential and handled in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and Utah licensing requirements. Session notes are kept secure and are not shared without your written consent unless required by law.

8. Use of Website

​

The content on this site, including text, images, and design, is the intellectual property of Arnkhana Massage and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

You agree not to use this website in any unlawful or abusive manner.

9. Limitation of Liability

​

Arnkhana Massage and Nathan Armstrong are not liable for any adverse effects resulting from the failure to disclose medical history, the misuse of services, or unforeseen health events during or after a session.

Guests participate at their own risk and agree to release the practitioner from liability, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

10. Changes to Terms

​

These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
