These guided sessions draw on principles of regression therapy, helping you reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been silenced, hidden, or wounded. Through techniques like breathwork, visualization, somatic awareness, and inner journeying, we gently access the root of emotional patterns and give space for release, insight, and renewal.​

Each session is guided with compassion, confidentiality, and intention. Whether you’re returning to your inner work or just beginning, you’ll be held in a professional and nurturing space that honors the pace of your healing.

We also integrate guided meditation into therapeutic massage sessions, offering a full-body, multi-sensory journey into presence and peace.
